chicbabygirl @touchofgrey hi Lisa, this is really a chic dress! The bust measurement is 20" and the length is shoulder to front bottom dress 34"with tassels 43". chicbabygirl @touchofgrey it's a lightweight fabric so used as a cover-up it'll dry fairly quickly. If you want to use it as a layering piece it would be perfect.
