Brand new with tags, this is a gorgeous white pencil skirt with black broken hearts pattern, front pleated wrap cover, white skirt lining, and back zipper+clasp. It's flirty, soft and silky (made of polyester) and flattering and comes right at the knees. Size is Large, but fits like an 8. I'm not sure why, but there's a heart in the back that has a seam a bit off. See picture for reference.
