mollydolly @caitlincorzine hi! The small bust is 18" across and 33.5" length best for 2-4. Medium is 19" and 34" best for 6-8. :)

The only way to do an exchange is for you to send back the medium, once I get it you can buy a $3 listing (it's the lowest price to list somethig on here and then there's the shipping fee). Or if you see something else you'd like in my closet I can send the small with it so you wouldn't spend $ on just a label. OR, you can slip $5 in the return envelope and I can ship the small with that regular first class mail. Your choice let me know which you decide :)
