gypsyla @hannazellers hi Hanna! If you have narrow feet you are in luck... These actually are a little narrow fitting! I am a true 9 (wearing a size 9 in photo) and they are a tiny snug on me.. If you are between and 8.5 and 9, I definitely suggest the 9 because they do run a teensy bit small so they would probably fit you perfectly. Hope that helps 😊

gypsyla @talkingmountain hi there! they are not a rubber type heel if that's what you mean.. they are harder but with a soft cover on bottom of heel. they are quite comfortable! it's a thicker heel so they give more support 😊
