NWT HEARTBREAKER BLACK MONIQUE XL LBD DRESS

Never worn! From the pinup retro style brand Heartbreaker and discontinued online based on my search. Size XL, black with a subtle round but checker style pattern (also black). Sleeveless with high boat neck, comes with the black sash/belt. No stretch, and too tight for my chest area. Otherwise a beautiful simple and classy black dress! (Included a retailer photo I found online. Same dress.)
