susannahmoll @doves23 oh ok, unfortunately everything already went through payment wise and there’s nothing I can do on my end. You can contact Posh support, but since the return window has closed I don’t think they will be able to do anything either. You can definitely try though.

doves23 @susannahmoll are you willing to do a partial refund? I see you have the same exact lv listed for $550 now? And I paid 890 so was hoping I could get a fair deal at around $690 I feel would be fair? This is my first purchase on poshmark and I wasn’t sure how all of this worked? I do love the bad I just feel I over paid substantial considering I could have purchased brand new for $300 more.

susannahmoll @doves23 I am unable to do any sort of refund on my end. I do have the same bag listed, but it has tears and is in very used condition unlike yours. Sorry that you felt the price was unfair, but I do a lot of research before selling my bags and that is within normal resale price range for a bag in that condition. I would urge you to be sure you want an item before purchasing in the future.

11752 I do have the shipping receipt as I always personally check my purchases in at the post office .... so maybe I could check that way ? I’m not sure as I have never had a delivery say delivered and it was not .... so that’s strange.
