Does this run small or true to size? I am 36 in the bust but 27 in the waist .

@jennybennygirl these run true to size.the medium is 35.1 chest wise. The Small is 34.3 inch chest wise, and they are stretch. So I'd say a medium would do you best. And give you the exact look since you have a tiny waste! 😊
