ruffleandlace @hawaii0894 The M is 14.6" at the waist, laying flat, 16.5" at the bust (with room to stretch) and 62.5" in length. The L is 15.75" at the waist, 17.75" at the bust, and 62.5" in length. These dresses are stunning and so soft and do have some stretch to them. Let me know if you need anything else. 💕💕

loveamberly93 So in brands like forever 21 or h and m I wear a small because I have a small bust. And my lower half is a little bit thicker.
