This lovely black dress has the shoulders cut out like the cold shoulder look with tank top style shoulder straps and long sleeves and the waist tucked in with an A line skirt like a skater dress. This dress is a size medium and made of stretchy polyester material. The small measurements are 32" bust 27" waist and 30" long. Brand new and unused! Other cold shoulder shirts listed in my closet!
