@suzyblueyes so I had my sister try it on for me cause I'm 6ft 200lbs and she's 5'8 140 lbs and it fit her just right and still hit above her knees. It's also meant to be loose on you I posted a photo of the sizing chart for this part item to see if maybe that would help but I honestly think you'd be ok. 😃

From what you've told me, you have a smaller frame with a larger chest... worst case it would fit you more like a top than a dress.
