vannahs22 @delavegaym70 medium is waist 27 and length 17.5 and large is waist 28 and length 17.5. It has a elastic waistband :)

vannahs22 @ilykayla13 it's pretty thin so I think more spring/summer but it looks great for fall as well:). The waist is elastic and stretchy

I actually meant like I think the measurements you have the person above is the skirt wrap around width but I just mean the top of the skirt laying flat the length from left to right? Does that make sense? Haha unless you meant to type 11 1/2 and not 1 1/2 I'm so sorry lol I'm really not trying to be troublesome 😂
