livianna@reddahliarose Hi! It really depends on how loose or fitted you prefer...it can fit up to at least an 18W but the intended fit (oversized/very loose) is probably 12-16 Misses. Laying flat, underarm to underarm is 24" Small, 24.5" Medium, and 25.5" Large. Thanks!
