@nursecora the top is stretchy cotton, form fitting around the chest area! The bottom polka dot part is more flowy!!! It's very lightweight for summertime ๐

@beautyqueen620 The waistband(where the polka dots meets the black) is 20 inches across seam to seam so 40 inches total. From the shoulder to the hem of the dress is 36 inches in length. The black part has stretch to it, the polka dot material does not.
