aprilmm Does this have a band of elastic on the very top of the chest part? Does that make sense? Lol. The single strip of elastic to keep it up around the very top.

donnastreasures @aprilmm The elastic is Envy gathering on the sides. I tested it to make sure. It held up pretty well. You can also have it at your waist for a long skirt.

donnastreasures @bchads The length is 42". How long it would fall would depend on your height and whether you were using it as a dress or skirt. I suggest that you use the measurements to decide where would fall on you. That would give you a better idea of how you would like it.
