@closet2closet12 the medium measured across the very top is 15 inches laying flat :) there is a tiny bit of stretch in the waist as well

@maisondemoda the medium measured along the very top is about 15 inches! I'm a 0-2 and can fit in the XS but am most comfortable in the small if that helps any:)
