Worn once. Beautiful, flowy skirt on this dress. Sheer black with gold and silver metallic polka dots. Skirt is lined. Tank is solid black and stretches to fit. Perfect for New Year's Eve or a wedding. Comes just below the knees on me, I'm 5'9.
