95% polyester 5% spandex. Measurements: Laying flat, the waist measures: 13" S, 13.5" M, 14.5" L at the very top and 14.25" S, 15" M, 16.5" L at the fold over seam. From the very top of the skirt to the bottom of the hem the length is 46" S, 47" M & L. From the fold over seam to the bottom of the hem is 39" S, 40" M&L. No trades.

livianna@melissakiss Hi! I'm not sure - no one has ever mentioned it as an issue but it does say "dry clean or hand wash in cold and color separate". I'd be happy to test it if you wish. Also, the white looks brighter in the professional photos due to the lighting - it's really more of an off white or cream color (see last pic). Thanks!

livianna@mctrenkler Large measurements: The waist measures 14.5" at the very top and 16.5" at the fold over seam. The fabric also has about 2" of give to it. The length is 47" from the from the very top to the bottom of the hem is and 40" from the fold over seam to the bottom of the hem. Thanks!
