Super cute white tassel mini dress. Has multiple uses. Can wear as a beach cover , with jeans , leggings , or mini dress. Dress is a little shear so will need to wear a under shirt or slip. Has elastic on waist were you can tuck it under. Has key hole button on back. Tassels on bottom of sleeves and bottom of dress. Small : 18" bust length is 29" from shoulder to bottom. Medium: 19" bust 30" length from shoulder to bottom. Jewelry and belt does not come with dress.
