patrishka69 @edithkors, I recieved this necklace today. And although I appreciate that you wrapped it nicely with bubble wrap, I'm am very disappointed that you sent me a used and damaged necklace.

patrishka69 @edithkors, One of the link loops that hold the flowers together was loose in box, one of the green flower beads had fallen off upon opening wrapping, and one of the off center plastic flowers is missing entirely. Not to mention that the chain is dirty with hairspray buildup of some kind. This necklace doesn't look like the one in your pics posted. I'm very disappointed indeed, as this was my first time purchasing from you here on Postmark.
