arsbarsWell, I'm 5'4" and 128 lbs. since I have wide hipbones I have to wear a 29/30 in jeans and an 8 in pants. On top I'm a true M since I'm a 36C. Please advise. Thanks!

amyrocks66@arsbars Definitely the small. I have the same size chest and much wider hips and the small fits me perfectly. It's elastic under the breast so will adjust to fit and the hips are roomy and flowy like in the pic.

amyrocks66@avaallan3 The small is roomy in the hips. Stretched out it goes to 30" in the front. The material is very light and hangs very nicely so it doesn't look bulky when on. The only place it's fitted is under the breast laying flat it's 12 1/2 inches across right under the breast and it stretches to 21 inches. I'm a 38C maybe a little bigger right now and it fits me. From arm pit to arm pit it's 17 1/2" lying flat and stretches easily to 21". The straps are adjustable. Hope that helps!

amyrocks66I'm 5'2" and with no shoes on its quite long. It's 55" from top of strap to bottom of dress with the straps shorter and it can go longer if you adjust the straps. 💕💕💕
