Cute little vintage brown and white mini skirt. Handmade and either late 60s or early 70s. Very wearable vintage piece. Measurements are flat: waist 13.5" hem 20.5". Side zipper and tiny belt loops on waist. Too cute!

@kircarolin It makes be slightly snug but I think it would. I go between a 0 and a 2. So much depends on the maker.
