rebsaw @eplover thank you so much! It’s not stretchy- only at the point where the white meets blue is there an elastic. The tag doesn’t say the material- it only says the designer which I just posted a pic of. The material is some sort of synthetic- it’s not a soft cozy material- which is why it isn’t stretchy!
