@meiwintees Hi Mei! I am so sorry for the late response! Welcome to poshmark, it will be a pleasure to help you with anything you need. The tulle is built in, the dress is all just 1 piece. The tulle skirt alone is 20" in length, and the bodice is another 9", so total of 29" in length not including the straps which are another 8". The bust is 16" from underarm to underarm, and the waist is 14" laying flat. Let me know if you need more measurements. ๐
