signamk @ncelidonio Hi! Thank you for your interest in this band. No problem, you would just select the 38mm when you purchase. The band adapters slip into the watch in the top and bottom. It is VERY easy to attach. You don't need any tools or special skills to attach it. Feel free to ask any other questions. 😀

signamk @mylovejc2015 Hello there, the cuff leather does close all he way when attached to a 5.6 inch wrist. If your wrist is bigger (like the model in the photo) it will have a gap as shown. Hope I answered your question. If not, feel free to ask for clarification. 😀
