dazed410@redsugar36 Hi, Regan! I think it's a combo of both (it's Kylie and the products are great!). Essentially, the lip kits have ultra-long lip liners with a creamy texture that glides on easily. And the Liquid Matte Lipstick is long-wearing and has high intensity pigment for an instant bold matte lip. They often sell out on her site (the only place they're sold) so I think that's why they're in high-demand. Hope that helps!! ❀️
