@redsugar36 Hi, Regan! I think it's a combo of both (it's Kylie and the products are great!). Essentially, the lip kits have ultra-long lip liners with a creamy texture that glides on easily. And the Liquid Matte Lipstick is long-wearing and has high intensity pigment for an instant bold matte lip.
