jessicacampbell@jaymiecarrico Hi, the bust is 17.5" inches measured with dress lying flat from arm pit to arm pit. The waist is 15.5" inches measured with dress lying flat. The dress is is in mint condition, it was worn a couple of times, it doesn't have flaws, the season it came out I am not sure, I don't remember. Let me know if you have any other questions:)
