cureautismforc I have 39" at the bustline but I wear small tops that have some "give" in the fabric and style to accommodate the chest. I'm petite-5'2", short arms, thin. So based on the sizing chart I should get a large but I'm afraid the sleeves will be too long and the shoulders will hang off. Any suggestions? Thank you for your time:)

Based on these measurements, I have deleted the sizing chart. Here are accurate measurements for Size L. Bust 40", Sleeve length 24", blouse length 25". I hope this helps!
