@clsorice The length of the Jumpsuit is 57" from the shoulders to the bottom. Otherwise the sizing is S (2-4), M (6-8), L (10-12). If you measure from your shoulders to bottom, see if you would be happy with where the length falls and then I would pick the size that you usually wear.
