dcanart Waist training silly. You use corsets and waist trainers. For extreme search out wasp waist. They don't like to tell trade secrets. It has been around way longer than any of us.

victoriyaaa @fishkybizniz I don’t think waist training really does anything tbh, I personally never tried but it seems to be a placebo effect. If it helps people stay motivated to be fit that’s great ☺️ but I never tried it because mine is just genetic bone structure
