cc_mommy@kimmyaustria thanks for asking! So sorry it took me all day to check. Yes on the belt and yes on straps (they are in a tiny bag that is knotted closed so I peaked in as best I could and they do seem to be straps. I can open bag upon purchase before shipping to make sure).
