@lorryl the length from shoulder to hem is 38" the waist is 16" lying flat, so that would be 32" around. The waist is gathered with narrow elastic enveloped in fabric casing.

@lorryl I usually wear xl in Lucky tops but this dress fits me. Like I said the waist will stretch. I'd say it would fit 12-14.
