jadouglas @elizabethjags hey girl! Yes it does have a slit in the front/side! And I don't have a tape measurer😔 but I am 5'6 and I've worn this dress with heels to prom and it fit well, as well as tried it on recently with flats and it was still ok in the length! Definitely a better fit with heels though

jadouglas @elizabethjags oh perfect! So I would say that it's not true to size simply because it was fitted. The dress is labeled "5-6" and they took it in on the waist. I just posted a new picture with me in it tonight! I typically wear a medium-large or a 4-6 and it stills fits me well ☺️

jadouglas @skoval24 hi! I don't remember exactly, it was a few years ago! I wear a medium in most dresses and of a 4/6. And the pictures posted are of me wearing it!

skoval24 @jadouglas I purchased the dress in a 4 from another posher. It odd bc I'm usually a small and haven't gained. She may have had it hemmed too but it zips up to the bust and stops. Do you know your waist measurement?

jadouglas @skoval24 because the dress was taken in as a 6, I would assume it will fit you well at a 4! I don't actually having a measuring tape so it's hard to measure :( but I at the time I did buy the dress as a 6 and take it in to be more like a 4 (I bought a size up for the length)
