Beautiful, bright and bold midi skirt with a scenic landscape in greens, blues, yellows and reds. Beautiful pleats and a full skirt. Side zip. Waist is solid band in front and elastic in back. Supposed to be one size fits all. but it best fits a small or medium. (Please use measurements for sizing: length 25.5", elastic waist that stretches from 13" across to 16" across). price is firm, I can't consider offers on this item.

@pparker500 Hi! It's possible, because it stretches to 16" across but I can't guarantee it because I don't have a 32 waist mannequin to try it on. The elastic is pretty giving/comfy.

@pparker500 sorry for the delay today. I hope you don't feel forgotten. Ok, I pulled the skirt downward towards the hips on my smallest mannequin until I got to 32". As you can see it will fit at 32" with just enough room for my hand in there. So I believe it will fit based on this. Whatever you decide, I sure appreciate you taking a look at my listing!
