stylechasers Measurements for Size S: The manufacturer has this tagged as L, yet runs 1 or 2 sizes small. This fits better as size S. Top measures 13" across the middle and is 10" in length. Waist measures 27". Elastic in back of waist expands another 2 or 3". Shorts are approximately 13" long from top of waist band. Not for the big busted. Very cute!!!
