@shoffland10 I think so. I bought them bc I was dying for them and they were the last pair, but even with socks are too big for me since I am a true 8.5. Imo a 9.5 would fit these perfectly.

@dlfakhouri hi! I am pretty sure they are listed as "40" since they are Italian so it is euro sizing. I can double check all this info for u. Like I said I am a true 8-1/2 sometimes a 9 and they are big but not huge and I was able to wear them with tights. Let me know what other questions you have!!!
