zrrburt86 @gremlin1 ...hey there! Sorry it took so long to reply, we have been very busy. No, I'm sorry, there is not a matching top... I always paired these with a white or hot pink top for my little one. These are super versatile and can be worn in winter or summer. Swanky baby vintage tops or mustard pie tops are super cute with these. Let me know if you have any more questions. ;-)

zrrburt86 @gremlin1 ... Yes, I actually had these custom made for my daughter to wear for her birthday in January. They were paired with a long sleeve ruffle shirt in winter and sleeveless flutter sleeve top in spring/summer. Of course, we live in the South, so it may not get quite as cold here as it does in other places... they could always be layered with cable knit or fleece stockings underneath them to provide additional warmth. ;-)

zrrburt86 @gremlin1 ... Also, these were full length on my daughter. We did not wear these as a cropped length. Although, with the elastic waistband they could possibly be worn as cropped length for spring/summer as the child grows. We personally like the way full length ruffle pants look, so we chose not to wear them as cropped as my daughter grew taller.
