Gorgeous flowy multicolored patterned maxi skirt. Has a very stretchy elastic waistband(not leather or faux leather). Is lined with a black fitted skirt beneath the flowy chiffon skirt which will hit a couple inches above the knee on most. This skirt itself is very long(45"), so it's great for tall gals, but may need to be hemmed or worn with heels/wedges if average height or less. Please see size chart for waistband measurements.

asanamama Hi @ladonnagraham I just added a size chart and checked it for accuracy. Those are the waist measurements that it is ideal for, though it will stretch at least 4 more inches to get past the hips(plus the hips give/squish as you pull it past them). My waist is 26" right now and hips are 37" and I can wear either size comfortably, the small is just tighter. I am planning to reorder more sizes to so just let me know :)

asanamama @sierran0086 hi, so I have a 26" waist and 37" hips and there wasn't much of a difference between the medium and the large when I tried them on, as the medium will fit a 23.6-34.6" waist, and the large will fit a 24.4-36.2" waist, so if you fall within that range, either will fit great. If you'd prefer the medium just lmk and I can order more, it will take about a week :)

asanamama @marialbrd hi, the waistband is very stretchy. I would say yes true to size but smaller sizes could also wear larger sizes. If you check out the size chart and description it's explained more in detail, and you can see the range of waist measurements each size would fit. Open to reasonable offers :)

asanamama @kacuna241 it's hard to say, it may work for you with heels or wedges. I would measure from your natural waist to the ground with whatever shoes you'd wear with it, hope that helps!
