aluckystar2016Hi - I hope you don't mind me asking you a question, because I am a little stumped over this one.... I have a buyer who purchased from me friday. Today she now has a bundle for more items and since I have not yet shipped the boots (friday's purchase) I wanted to try and combine the shipping to all one package for her. How would you suggest I do that? The only way I can think to maybe do it would be to cancel the first order and start over? But I hate to have another cancel on my dashboard.

One more question... if I am running a promotion 3 /$15 or 3/$20...how do I get the system to recognize that and not send my buyers bundle the price as originally listed. I had a buyer actually say “well I thought it was 3/$20! What happened to that?!!!

myjoyfamily@aluckystar2016 You can offer bundle discounts through your "My Seller Discounts" in the My Sellers Tools tab (on the app) that will automatically apply when the buyer makes a bundle. You can select the minimum items required to receive discount and the discount. (e.g. buy 3 save 15%).

myjoyfamily@aluckystar2016 I have not personally run a sale for 3/$20, but I'm thinking the best way is to have the customer make a bundle, and then offer to their bundle your sale. (they bundle 3 items, and you offer them $15 or $20. Hope this helps!
