@renn_denn a 38?! Haha yeah that size is definitely on the large size. I'm not sure what a standard size 8 really is, but you should measure a pair of pants you love and compare them to these measurements :)

Actually before I purchase I'm looking for a pair that are 27-28 inch waist with a 36-37 inch hip (at the widest point). I know the hip on these is slightly larger than what I'm looking for. Do you have another pair that are closer to my hip measurement? If not no Prob but wanted to check before buying these on Ⓜ️. Thanks!

@kristinmuchow no worries! I actually don't have a pair of 501s in a 27 :( have you owned a pair before? I'm usually a 25 in everything else but recently found out I wear a 26 in 501s. Might just be me though so i'm not sure :P
