Is the material stretchy? The bust measurements are quite small compared to the hip measurements. Unless, my bust is just bigger than most! 😂 lol

The material does not stretch much. Regarding the bust measurements, we measure out items flat then double to get the all-around. Since this item does have an open back, the bust is more true to size than the measurements display. We recommend to go with your normal size.
