randiiirawr @dlavalle @kendrayager1 I am 4"11. Normally wear a 0,1 this dress is an xs and has no stretch. And xs in TOBI fits a 0-2. My bust size is a 32 A, but can fit a little bigger. I need to measure dress as I will when I get home. Thanks for being patient. I was away at a wedding :)
