I got ripped off by this fraud "lovelife365"! I just learned about PM on Friday, 7/29 while looking for a new pair of Loubs! I came upon her page and made an offer of $400 for a pair she had listed for $500! She immediately messaged me asking me to text her! I did, at which time she asked for payment via Google wallet. I told her I use PayPal. Ultimately I paid through square cash as she requested! After receiving payment, she blocked me on PM and took off with my money! Help me report her!!

bootsluver731Damn that sucks. But why didn’t you buy them through this app? That’s the whole point of this site. Secure payment

Aug 12Reply

daintya@bootsluver731 hindsight is 20/20. Lesson learned.

Aug 01Reply

maydacbiet2Oh wow! Never got to text her but I never send money without knowledge of my item. Thanks for the heads up I will not now get in contact with her . Sorry to hear about what had happen to you.

Aug 01Reply

alannaaax0Wow thanks for letting me know! I'm going to report her now! I was wondering why all her prices were so low!

Aug 01Reply

daintya@macgirl88 Thank you! He/She is a lowlife scumbag!! That was a tough lesson to learn and a not so nice welcome to PM!! 😁 I know next time to trust my gut as I should have never used an app I was not familiar with! It seemed like such a good deal!! He or she will get his though. Thanks for your kind words. 😊

Aug 01Reply

daintya@alannaaax0 Yeah if seems too good to be true, it probably is. She only had about 6 items in Friday, now I see she has way more and upon closer inspection some of them are definite FAKES! she needs to be run off PM! I can't believe she is still on after what she did!

Aug 01Reply

alannaaax0I'm gonna comment her listings so everyone sees it. She didn't block me yet 😏

Aug 01Reply

daintya@myvsobsession thank you. I reported it to my bank. They can deal with the app/whomever to recoup the money!

Aug 01Reply

daintyaLOL!! She's just going to delete them and block you!! 😂😂😭😂😂 He/She is a cunning little bugger!!

Aug 01Reply

daintya@alannaaax0

Aug 01Reply

alannaaax0Oh look she blocked me and deleting most of the listings I commented after. I said "@lovelife365 IS A SCAMMER. SEE @daintya FOR DETAILS ‼️" 😂😂 karma

Aug 01Reply

daintya@alannaaax0 LOL!! Of course she did! Damn lowlife thieving ass!! She's going to get hers, believe me! Karma is B!!

Aug 01Reply

erickakristinaxThanks for letting me know I was close to giving her $800 !!! Very sorry this happen to you

Aug 01Reply

macgirl88@daintya You will find great people in PM😊 I can even say I made friend here 👭 I wish you the best in you closet and all your sales💕if you ever need anything LMK and Welcome to PoshMark🎊

Aug 01Reply

bdshortFor anyone who hasn't been blocked by her, report her for non-pm transactions - Posh will ban her pretty quickly since they don't like to lose money. I've reported her several times, so hopefully only a few others will need to.

Aug 01Reply

maxtay_poshI had a feeling she was! Off site payments are always iffy! I also texted her about a pair and asked the same type of payment. I said nope! Good luck! Let us know how we can help

Aug 01Reply

daintyaShe removed the 40 plus listings she had and FINALLY sold ONE shoe to have the appearance of propriety. Her new page is probably being built as we speak!

Aug 01Reply

nadia2121@daintya never ever take any forms of payment unless threw posh .. I'm so sorry this happened to you ..

Aug 01Reply

ele226Inv🅾ices via p🅰y p🅰l are usually safe if they include a description and images so you get the p🅰y p🅰l protection but never just send $ without documentation of what its for!! And fyi- trades are not safe either! Tradesy is also a good site that has 1/2 the fee posh does

Aug 01Reply

ele226Sadly i feel your pain though... As these are lessons ive had to learn the hard way too 😑 posh is of course always safe if you go though the app. Especially if you buy items over $500 that go through the concierge service 😍

Aug 01Reply

daintya@ele226 Lesson learned indeed. Thanks doll.

Aug 01Reply

sarahsylviaJesus that's awful :((( I'm so so sorry. You still have her phone number why don't you report her to the police in that area? Theft is theft!!

Aug 02Reply

stupid_cupid@daintya Who did you send pymt to? Did you get his/her full name?

Aug 02Reply

daintya@stupid_cupid I sent the money to Alice Prescott. I used the handle she provided to me via text and that is the name which came up. I confirmed the name with her via text and that is in fact the name she had up on her PM account.

Aug 02Reply

daintya@stupid_cupid The handle she uses on square cash is "lovelife365" and the email she requested I use on Google wallet is poshmarkreseller@gmail.com.

Aug 02Reply

stupid_cupid@daintya Are you able to dispute the pymt with your bank's fraud department or your credit card fraud prevention department (file for a chargeback)? Also, have you contacted the company that processed the pymt?

Aug 02Reply

justinas_closet@daintya hope you get your money back. Report her and by her accepting payment through square that's technically wire fraud. Among other offenses. Try contacting square to let them know also so they close her account and can possibly recoup the money quicker.

Aug 02Reply

stupid_cupid@daintya Cindy, I hope your bank is cooperating with you on this issue. While you're waiting for that part of this mess to be resolved, I think I might have figured out the actual person who scammed you. If you want that info, lemme know.

Aug 03Reply

daintyaNo way @stupid_cupid!!😳😳 I would love to hear your thoughts. The bank is on it. I'm not too concerned as I'm sure the bank will reimburse me. However it's the principle! I can't stand a damn thief and I hate the feeling of being had!

Aug 03Reply

stupid_cupid@daintya are you comfortable sending me an email I can respond to with the screenshots? I don't want to put someone on blast unless I'm fairly certain she's guilty. If not, I will post here, but only long enough for you to copy the info you need. If email is ok: littlestupidcupid at g/mail.

Aug 03Reply

daintyaUPDATE: Square Cash reached out for verification I guess because my credit card company is disputing the charges. Oddly, the name now associated with the very same account is Ben Carson! Whomever this person is, they're doing everything to try to avoid being caught! Scumbag!!

Aug 21Reply

daintya@stupid_cupid You never sent the info you promised. I find it quite off since you offered. Perhaps you're the scammer. Are you just an alter ego of Alice P? 🤔🤔🤔

Aug 25Reply

stupid_cupid@daintya I sent you a 2nd email that same day. I'm happy to resend the info. ...but to imply that I'm a scammer? I reached out to you and offered my help w/o asking anything in return. I won't be doing that again. ....and your scammer's name is Chelsea; not Alice.

Aug 25Reply

daintyaMy apologies. I never got an email after your response indicating that you would get back to me with the info. Just thought about it and found it odd. Thought perhaps it was some kind of sick game by the actual scammer. 😕 @stupid_cupid

Aug 25Reply

stupid_cupid@daintya I'm trying to re-send it now. I'm resenting from my phone, and it's taking forever to load (my storage is almost tapped out). You should have it shortly.

stupid_cupid@daintya Sent.
