Consumers also relate that they are unable to contact customer service in order to obtain a refund, or assistance with getting their order delivered. This is what I found from the BBC be careful when ordering from this company.

beegibbs @clemebrulee it's not only distasteful but against posh policy to ridicule a seller especially when it's based on here say. She handles hundreds of orders a day so excuse her if she can't immediately respond to a few questions. You have no class and that's plain disgusting to interfere with this woman's business and make her lose potential sales! Shame on you!!!!

Wasn't my place but I have bought from u and I messed up the size Shirt I chose and whereas PM doesn't 'allow' returns, refunds or exchanges, u were so damn gracious and just plain stellar and let me exchange my shirt for the correct size. Quoting alleged 3rd party here say about you was just mean and unwarranted. 😚 xoxo Bianca

beegibbs @karenbob @karenbob yes she IS a real person. She handles hundreds and hundreds of orders (amongst other responsibilities) a day and therefore may not be able to promptly respond to customer inquiries. Especially when the inquiry can be ridiculous. (I.E. "I normally wear a medium so what size would I need?" - and the choices are 2,4,6,8. come on now. Seriously.)

lilyandco @beegibbs thanks for the comment, thank you for your understanding, I don't remember you bought a shirt and exchanged the size as this happens everyday although I don't handle hundred orders but dozen are enough. I have been trying to do my best to serve my customers, but never enough. You are the only customer who has this kind of comment. thank you.
