@followthrough7 Hi Lisa, yes you can exchange it as long as it new with tags as it was sent. The way it works is you can ship it back through any method with tracking number. Just let me know the tracking.and then once I receive it, I will make a $3 listing here for you and you can buy that for the shipping label or I can ship along with anything else that you buy. Let me know and will be more than happy to assist you
