Kate Spade 100% Silk Blouse - Unique and stunning sheer black blouse with large polka dots, ruffle and bow collar, tuxedo pleats down center and round black buttons down front and at wrists. (Blouse is lit from underneath in cover photo.) Pleats make center front more opaque (see pic 2), sides, back and arms are sheer. Approx 18" pit-to-pit, 26" shoulder to end of wrist, 23.5" top of shoulder seam to hem. Dry clean only. In perfect new condition, never worn.
