@tmahoney0487 the skirt is not stretchy and has about a 27 waist measurement. Skirt fits very nicely despite not being stretchy. Hope this helps! It's a very cute, let me know have you have any more questions!

@juliavolkova Hi Julia! The skirt is about 18 1/2 inches. I would wear it a little high on my waist with a top tucked in. I am only 4'10 so it hits me right above my knees.
