@mnthompson3 I would probably go up to the Medium. Since your 5"6. I'm 5"3, 138 lbs and 34C. 28-waist. This romper does have plenty of room up top and an elasticized waist. But since your a rad bit taller then me lol

@ellejayz Hii! I'm 5"3 and 138lbs, 34C and Im modeling the size Medium. Did not ride up my butt which is a plus. It's loose fit, the waist provides stretch. The stock model photo model is 5"8 modeling size Small. It looks exactly as seen. I hope I helped a tad bit.
