khadeejah567 @natgee18 hi natalie I'm so sorry but I finally got your measurements I apologize I dozed off last night and woke up pretty sick this morning but the skirt lining under is 14 inches and the longest point of the skirt itself is 22 inches

khadeejah567 @natgee18 it's stretchy but not in the same way as spandex. It'll stretch a bit but not drastically 🙂
