Dress is new with tags and gorgeous! It is black with neutral colors; made by Risesum; has an ethnic print throughout; and is loose fitting. Material is 100% polyester and it is a size XXXL. (It does not run like a 3x "Plus" size though). I had this dress in an XXL not long ago, and basically this one is the same size. Bust measures 44" and hips measure 46". It is 32" long. If I had to assign a size to it, I would estimate it is about a 16/18. It can also be worn in fall as a tunic:)
