cotton_clover@rhondaleiann Hi. Underarm to underarm is about 19". I should mention, when ironed this shirt measures about 20". It's a rayon crinkle type material and gains a bit once it's ironed. I have always hung mine up to dry, so I'm unsure if it would shrink in the dryer. 😊
